Might have learn hand quilting...
I really was thinking about trying hand quilting one day. I just didn't think that it would come so soon. A late night trip to the bathroom and a run in with a very heavy marble topped table has left me with two broken toes on my right foot. Can anyone point me to a video on hand quilting?

I'm sorry about your foot and I hope you feel better.
This video doesn't have sound, but her blog describes what she's doing: http://elsiemcampbell.blogspot.com/

there are lots of tutorials, and videos on hand quilting- just do a search- you will find quite a few here on the board-
also Alex Anderson and Jenny Beyer, both have videos & tutorials on hand quilting...good luck- some people LOVE the process and decide to always have a hand quilting project going after learning how

Ouch, so sorry you're hurt. But I agree with Liz aka Helen. I sew with my left foot on the pedal all the time; lots of people do. It frees up the right knee to lift the needle if your machine has that option. I've found I prefer using the left foot anyway.

AWWWW, hope you feel better soon.......I know how you feel in a way....I pulled a muscle in my right elbow, and I'm pretty useless.....plus Christmas is at my home this weekend!!! Don't know what I did but I was working on binding a quilt when it happened....just starting to feel my fingers again! Hope you feel better soon!
