Need help with my sewing machine..Oh no
I have a singer heavy duty sewing machine. Was sewing along and put my project down for a day and when i came back to sew this is what the stitches looked like. I sure hope the pictures work. I used pink thread for the top thread and i used white thread in the bobbin. The pink thread is showing up on the bottom of the fabric. Sure hope someone has a suggestion to what's wrong. Thanks so much

Rethread both the top and bottom - do a complete redo - and maybe change your needle - make sure it hasn't come loose -
And then if it's still weird - do what Scissor Queen suggested
So many times - if it was okay a few minutes ago - the thread seems to 'jump the track' and rethreading it seems to help fix the problem

Try cutting your thread always at the spool and pulling the thread through the needle. Do this a couple of times in case there is a little piece of lint in there. I was told never to pull thread backwards through the tension disks. Could build up lint. That said, I agree it's an upper thread tension problem. Also try a different needle. Clean everywhere, especially in bobbin and feed dog area. Could be an odd little piece of lint somewhere. Let us know if none of this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions. I retreaded the machine, put in a new new needle and even tried changing the setting on the top tension. but it still comes out the same. I don't know what happened.

You may have to do some sample sewing on a different fabric with assorted tensions until it snaps out of it. I would check the bobbin area real good for lint too. It's probably an issue of lint in the bobbin area. Take it apart and clean it out real well.
