New products I found at the quilt show.
I love shopping at quilt shows. So many items not found at the local shops and no shipping. LOL.
My best find was the Big Look at the show price. This item is fantastic for anyone that needs to see what they are sewing. I love love love it. The other new finds:
Flatter ironing spray. I loved the fig scent.
the Pounce stencils, with fine mesh in the stencil holes not just open space and the Pounce chalk marking stick. Won't crumble or break when sharpening or marking.
the new Add a Quarter ruler with the tapered edge, no more need for the credit card or post card to fold.
Braid thread. You pull a thread and it rouches. Will rouche it and add as a piping to my binding.

Wow, some of these I've never heard of. Guess I'll have to look them up. My favorite that I got at the quilt show is the Bloc-Loc. It is use it for HSTs and it works like a charm for squaring up. I use it all the time.

Yes the big shows can be hard to maneuver though. This was a mid size show and moving around was comfortable even for those in motor chairs. Doesn't hurt a thing for me to get out and go before I get to the point I feel it will be best to stay home. I'm going to another show in July and one in Sept and of course the big one in Oct at Houston. That will be my last show of this year. I have a blast at quilt shows. I talk to vendors, quilt winners, take classes, watch every demo, test every machine, and thoroughly enjoy myself at small or large shows.
