Pantos are paper patterns that you follow with the laser light attached to the machine. Groovy boards are plastic boards that have grooves in them where you place the end of a stylus that is connected to the machine and you follow the pattern. There can be different ways you lay these, for my machine you lay them on the table part of the frame at the rear end of the machine.

I got my groovy boards from QuiltEZ (www.quilt-ez.com) and absolutely love them. They have dozens of patterns to choose from. And they come in three widths for the various sizes of longarms.
These are generic and fit all longarms. They have a stylus specific for each brand.

I picked up a bunch of Anne Bright pantograph patterns at the Innovations Show in Tacoma recently. There are several websites where you can get them.
Circle Lord makes "groovy boards", if you want to look them up online.
