Ihave tried everyway I know to make my points meet in the middle and they dont.What am I doing wrong.This pattern consist of two triangles.it shows the points meeting in the middle.If someone would show me assembly rows for this pattern it would help a lot.It is called the Wind Mill or Pin wheel quilt.

I just finished my second quilt with pinwheels in them! Check out pinwheel Panache thread posted earlier today to see the latest.

I found that lining them up and pinning, pinning, pinning, hold your breath while you sew and pray. jk - almost
But do line them up seam to seam, pin in place, sew slowly.
Put a pic up and I may be able to see where your not hitting it on the mark.

I learned a fast way to do pinwheels. You put two squares right sides together and sew a quarter inch all around the perimeter. Then you cut it in half on the diagonal and you get 2 half squares that you can turn and sew into a pinwheel. Look for the seam where the point is cut and pin at that point. Seems to be a good guide for me. That might not be really clear but I will try to find the link to the youtube video.
