Puckering Problem Solved
#1
Ladies,
I know my walking foot was the correct one for the machine I had the correct tension.
So I tried spray basting to within an inch of the quilts life, stitched in the ditch around the boarder and now voila the quilt is as "Flat as a Tack". I have watched a lot of tutorials made in the US, many Brands of products that you use are not available here in Australia, having visited the US your craft stores are amazing I was like Dracular at the Blood bank. Many thanks for your advice.

Glad you got your problem solved...but I had to laugh at your description of yourself in the US craft stores. Now you know why I am always broke! I live here and can't resist! (Who on earth would want to anyway?)
