Quilt label wording?

Quilt label wording?
So I made a quilt for my dgs for his high school graduation. He actually helped me with the quilt by helping to lay it out (down on the floor on hands and knees) and also for encouraging me to make a few more difficult blocks within the quilt itself. Now, it's time for the label and I am stumped. I want to mention his help with completing the quilt but to let him know it was his from the very beginning. Any thoughts or ideas for me? I will use a word program and print it on quilt label fabric from J's.

Here is what I came up with; (in the middle of the night).
For Stephen Andrew<o></o>
Making this quilt was so much fun<o></o>
Stitching with love for you, grandson<o></o>
Because of your ideas and assistance, too<o></o>
These many stars now belong to you! <o></o>
