Quilters Dream Request Batting
I've seen someone on this board say that some batting have a right and wrong side; i.e. one side needs to be next to the backing and the other side needs to face the back of the quilt top. Does this apply to the Quilters Dream Request Batting?

I'm not an expert on this, but this is what I've read. Quilters Dream is needle punched, so you want your needle to be going in the same direction as when it was processed. Technically, that means the part that has dimples or indentations goes up against the quilt top. Or you can stick a needle through each side; the side where the needle goes in more easily would be the side that goes up. However it probably won't matter at all, especially with the very low loft request batting.

I just used this same batting for my rag quilt and didn't notice any right/wrong side. So, I'm sure I have it both ways .... and the quilt looks/lays just fine .... and I am sooo enjoying actually being able to use this quilt!!
