Quilting hints???
#1
I recently was given a quilting tip I would like to share. For an inexpensive stablizer, use coffee filters. They are acid free and can be bought at the dollar store. I have tried them and they work great. They iron flat and they tear away very easily. Does anyone have any helpful, money saving hints they would like to share?

Great tip> I would love to see a collection of these> Unfortunately I'm too new at quilting to come up with many tips. Only one...I found that a cheap flannel backed table cloth makes a great quilt board. I can lay out my squares and even fold up the whole thing and store it without messing up my layout.

I have one...
For long arm quilters who have trouble with micro stippling....attach a magnifying class in your feild of vision (on your machine)...look through the magnifying glass while quilting
This tricks the eye into believing the design is bigger than it really is..and your hands will make the micro stipple... Great huh?
