Quilting Hot spots please, in Atlanta, Georgia
Hi there, hoping for a little help here, my quilting friend is coming to USA to see her son and daughter in law who are living in Georgia in September. They live in a place called Alpharetta, Atlanta. My friend wants to visit the quilt shops and stores, can any one give us some addresses please. We both live in New Zealand, all help would be appreciated. Thanks

Don't know the exact address, but my go to quilt store when visiting the Atlanta area is Intown Quilters. It is actually in Decatur, not a bad drive from Alpharetta. Intown Quilters is off of Lawrenceville Highway, cand is a really wonderful shop. They have tons of batiks, modern fabrics, kids fabrics, notions, and a really friendly staff. You should make it a point to visit there.

Ninnie, It has been a long time since we have been in touch. Did not realize you had moved, my fault we never got together. I am finally quilting again. The last 4 years have been a big adjustment. I am still slowly doing some quilting!
