I am looking for the best domestic sewing machine for quilting
I don't need embroidery feature.
Iwould like one that has a machine quilt stitch that looks hand quilted and a stipple stitch as well.
I heard that the Viking machine that has the fabric mover attachment for n additional $400 is good for free motion and quilting, but have not gone to the store yet to see.
Are there some other brands I need to look at.

Thank you, Loretta..I took your advice.
I went to two of my favorite web sites for machines to look specifically for a Janome 6600.
Then I went to a local dealer and told him what I could get it for on the net....he reduced the price of the machine for $100 and then another $100 because of the sales tax.....what a great guy! I'm a customer forever...Oh,he then reduced my extra feet for the accufeed..by 20%.
I obviously purchased the Janome 6600.....I read alot of write ups and comments on this machine prior to purchase as well.
So far, I am very happy with it.....I look foward to many happy hours....
Thanks again,
Your friend in quilting.
