Oh my gosh... this is something I have had a huge interest in. Walmart carried a 'care bear' print that the clouds glowed in the dark. There are a few halloween prints that carried glow in the dark features. Michael Miller had a dark blue background with small white stars that glow in the dark.
There is fabric paint that you can apply to your fabric and it glows in the dark. I've bought some on Ebay that supposedly worked on fabric , glass, or wood. It comes in liquid or powder form. It needed to be very thick before it glowed and didn't seem too attractive in the end. It worked better on fabric and the wood, glass didn't work well at all. (uh, tried making glow in the dark wine glasses.... thought it would work well at parties ahhha). And of course, Joanns and Michaels have tubes of fabric paint that seem to work much better for writing your name or doing outlines.
If you find anymore sources for glow in the dark fabric, please let me know.

I came across this a while back, I have not tried it yet, but I thought of it reading this post. It is for making an inkjet iron on transfer that glows in the dark. I too have tried the paint and I did not like the end result. I did make a wall hanging and I painted my grandsons palms with the paint and we did their handprints on it. It did not look as bad with thick paint this way.
