Received my blocks today
In today's mail was a package of blocks from many of my buddies on QB, my first ever participation in an exchange here. These were siggie blocks from the Great Siggie Block Exchange 2012. It is such fun to see where all those who participated are from. And it will warm my heart again as I begin to assemble these blocks into a quilt.
Everyone should try this at least once. Even if the blocks you get back go into your projects-to-do-someday bin, they will bring you satisfaction each time you read the names on them.
Thank you QBees who participated!! I love mine!

Jan just yesterday i finished sewing my Siggy blocks from the International 3 inch block swap a couple of years ago. What fun it was to look again at all the places they came fro,m. My Aunt was visiting and she was so excited to see all of them...haven't decided what to do with them yet, but I did sew them 4 to a block...would love to do another one some day...I can't remember how many the total number of blocks received were but those wonderful gals in upstate New York or where ever they were from were angels to sort them all out...what a lot of work...but so wonderful to get in the mail....
