Trace the photo you posted and enlarge it on a copier, you may have to redraw it a few times as the lines will get thick and blurry as you enlarge. Also as it gets larger, you can cut it apart square by square and copy each block separately.

Simply use it as inspiration and draw your own adaptations of the designs. They are very simple folk art patterns. Why make an exact copy of someone else's creative work when you can break new ground and create a one of a kind original!

I think you should be able to use graph paper to figure out each block. Find out how big you want it and draw in the lines for the blocks. Then fill in each block with your own drawings as suggested by ghostrider. Have fun!
