Pull the tail back into the serged seam about an inch. I do this with a small crochet hook. Trim off the tail. Then put on one drop of Liquid Stitch. The serged hem will not ravel at all and the Liquid Stitch will not be stiff. This is an almost invisible way to finish off your hem. I use it for almost all serged hems.

After you finish serging all the ends, leave a tail on
the last one so you can take a large eyed needle
and weave it thru the stitches so it won't unravel.
You can use a little bit of glue if needed to keep it
in place.

Did 2 last year for the kids and they're still holding strong!
