When purchasing fabric at a quilt shop the clerk used a Gypsy Gripper to keep the ruler from slipping as she cut my fabric. One of my favorite shops had a closing sale and I saw the Gypsy Grippr so invested. Upon opening the box I saw that one side of the Gripper could not work as it had a broken plastic pin. Of course having purchased it at a closing sale there are no returns. I noticed the box had a web site so I contacted the company to see if they could send me a pin so my husband could repair the Gypsy Gripper that I never used. They replied to my request that if I mailed the broken one to them, they would replace the whole thing. I was so surprised and thrilled. I definitely will return to www.thegypsyquilter.com to see how else I can support such a reputable company.

I have the Gypsy Gripper the large and small one. I use the small one more then the bigger one. It's great for the small size rulers to keep my fingers out of danger. I found that the name brand quilting product are worth it when a problem pops up about the products.

They are really nice people....bought all three from them (large, medium and small). Course after reading threads here you can get the large one at Harbor Freight for I believe 2.99 as it's the same thing (different color). I changed out all my rulers to omnigrip and gave my omnigrid rules to one of my daughters and of course she got the gypsy grippers also.
