If making something with fleece and no seams, do you finish the raw edge or leave it alone. It seems it would be too thick to fold it under, and under again and sew it. I want to finish it off by machine, no hand sewing. What needle do you use?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have finished items with just one turn up ( not a double like for raw edges) and stitched and I had simply put cotton binding.... They do sell fleece binding so I guess u could do that if u wanted as well.....

you need to use a stretch/ball point needle when working with (only) fleece. if you are using it for a backing with a cotton top you would use a sharp needle- but when working only with fleece a ball point/stretch needle is needed.

If I want to do something with it, I've used pinking shears to pink the edges.
