Singer 185j3
#1
Has anyody seen a Singer 185j3 machine? It looks sort of like a featherweight but doesn't have the foldout base. The little dearie is up for sale at $85 and it is a beautiful turquoise color. What do you think? Is it worth it? I am thinking of naming her 'Belle'.

VERY heavy machine and the 'new' version of the 99....
straight stitch only - not something you want to lug around because of the weight,
but nice to have in your collection...
I have a handcrank 28
a 99
and a 128j
I paid $25 for the 28
$25 for the 99
and $40 for the 128j
prices to keep in mind...
