Singing the Praises of Fabric.com

Fabric.com has wonderful fabric and sales!!
They also have 30 day hassle-free returns. I recently bought some fabric but did not buy the correct amount. I called and asked if I could return it and buy the correct amount. They said to keep what I originally ordered and they would send the amount I needed free of charge. I was very surprised and pleased. I will certainly buy from them whenever I can and hope you will check them out.

I wish I had a similiar experience, my last experience , a few days ago was not a happy one. Ordered two backings on- line. One was of them was not what was ordered.. not even close. They did pick up the incorrect backing. Called they said they would send the correct/new one out that day and I would have it no later than Monday, they were very very promising that it would arrive no later than Monday. Well on Monday I got the notice from UPS and the tracking said it had not left the shipper yet. Its Wed and still no backing. Just frustrating they did not do what they said they would. I had a good opinion of them until this.. I will be more cautious of them in the future.

I've also had problems with them sending the wrong fabric more that once, but it is hard to resist their sales, so I keep ordering. I'm just always prepared to deal with their Customer Service, which is always good,(to me).

I order from them a lot, and their customer service has always fixed their errors. However, there have been quite a few errors! I've also learned to measure all of my fabric once I receive it, because I've gotten several cuts that weren't the length ordered (or paid for!) Fixing errors is great; not making the mistakes to begin with is better. :)
