Taking a Craftsy class
#2
I do. I have made 2 crazy pillows. I plan to start a bigger quilt but incorporate fancy machine stitches, couching, and hand stitching as shown in the Stupependous Stitching Craftsy class class by Carol Ann Waugh. No need to match seams and the ability to make it truly mine and not follow a pattern.

I have made four using silks. one for each son as wedding gift. Two are still looking for the bride. I sat out on the back pouch stitching. each quilt has a story. like one evening I was work and the new puppy got in my needles, poor thing never messed with my stitching again { puppy was not hunt but he's toes was sore for a little bit} Now I'm work on some cottons ones just love the NO RULES you can just sew and sew and it will always look good. It is my mindless sew if I have been work on something that is not gone will and I need to do a fell good project for a little bit the crazy quilt is my go to feel good project.
