A thought on Dear Jane

It might work. Just trace your pattern out on card stock and cutting it apart and go from there. I'm assuming you have done some English paper piecing. Some of the angles might be a bit awkward but doable.
If you are new to pp here is a good site.

Linda Franz hand quilted her DJ using freezer paper. Go to her website, you might be able to find out some information there. She has since created inklingo but I ignore that. She explains in her book Quilted Diamonds (DJ blocks skewed into diamond shapes) how to hand piece using freezer paper

I'm been working on H-1 using EPP and so far it seems to work pretty well. Defiantly makes the tiny triangles manageable.
I must be crazy I haven't finished one hand-sewn project and I'm starting a second.

Have you checked out the Jane Stickle section in the Virtual Section? Klue is no longer on the board but she started a year long project and she wrote many pp tutorials. You will find alot of good ideas and help here.
