Is there such a thing?
I am trying to figure out the best size to do for my attic windows quilt and was wondering if there was an "average" block size.

I don't think there is really an 'average' size block, but they do seem to most
commonly
be in multiples of 3".... 6", 9" & 12" blocks.

Here are a couple of attic windows using blocks around 12 inches.
