I bought this bag of already cut pieces in two fabrics. One is cut into diamonds and is lilac fabric and the other fabric is a lavendar fabric and it is cut into 31/2 triangles and 41/2 triangles. I have no idea what she cut them for but I have lots of other purples to add to them and I have about 100 of each shape. I hope someone has some idea of a pattern that could work. The diamond is one like you would use in a windmill block. Thanks for any ideas.

What are the angles on the diamonds and triangles?
Can you post a picture?
Here's a bunch of Windmill blocks - none with diamonds.

Sometimes the Kaleidoscope block is referred to as a Windmill block - but that also only has triangles, no diamonds.

What about the triangles? Are they HST? Equilateral?
Pictures would be helpful. ;-)

You need to put at least an x in the reply box, but then just hit Send and it will upload.
Very, very easy.
