when working on a recent round robin, i had to put a 'stop-border' on the medalian before i could add my border...it was necessary because the border before mine was busy and needed to be 'stopped' before my additions could be added

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It bugged me that I could not find it in my reference books, and no one local could tell me what it was. Now I know what it is, and realize that I have actually used one without realizing what it was.
