I have been doing some just learned meandering on a quilt. I love doing it. Problem my wrist is so sore. I had to stop for a while. I am write handed and it is my right wrist. I have a Q foot on my machine. What do you all do for this problem?
Thanks Shirlx

I got a pair of gardening gloves at the Dollar store. I cut off the thumbs and fore-fingers from both hands so I could still thread my needle. I noticed an immediate reduction on the amount of stress not only on my wrists, but my shoulders. I wouldn't go back to FMQ without them if they paid me to.
