Quilting Board's First Scrap Club
#421
The name of the quilt is Cross-Terrain, you may find the instructions if you search the web, that is where I found it.
Jelly Roll would be perfect - it uses 2.5" strips. For each 'quarter' you will need a 2.5" x 5.5" scrap rectangle with a 2.5 white square sewed on corner. A 2.5" x 3.5" white with a 1.5" square scrap sewed on the corner and to this piece you sew a 2.5" scrap square. Then sew this piece to the 2.5"x 5.5" rectangle piece to make your quaretr block. 3 more make a "circle" block
I am not at home for another fortnight, at our fishing shack sewing like crazy and I will be starting another one of these quilts tomorrow so I will try and take a couple of pics of this process if I can.

I found it, but, to be honest, your pictures pretty much say it all.

All I can say is "WOW", what a wonderful show of talent here. I love scrappy, but rarely do it. Gonna give it a try though, soon. Soon as I get caught up, again. Sew many ideas, so little time. Dang job, anyway.

With DH in the hospital again for his COPD, it's been hard to get much done. But will be working on some pet beds for a local shelter today to distract me from my worry. SO....hope to kill off a lot of scraps (big and small) today.

Here's a scrappy quilt I started a long while ago.
I started this top way back at the end of february. I had purhased an old sewing box and the square were in the bottom of it precut and some precut and sewn 4 patch blocks too I got this far and ran out of blocks. Now to decide just to add borders and binding and make a throw or use more fabric and make it bigger? There are no more blocks or any more of this these fabrics left except a couple of blocks I was going to use to put into the backing. What would you all do?
