I am getting excited about my hanky butterflies center, I am using hankies with lace and embroidery. I have picked out fabric for my background colors. I decided on the first 5 hankies I am going to use and have been folding them into different butterfly positions. I still have to wash the hankies and fabric. It is looking so delicate, I do not know how I am going to sew them down. I know I will need a thin thread and needle. After I get them ready, I will post pictures of them laid out and maybe you all can help me figure this out. I do know how to machine applique but I may have to hand stitch the center one. I am having trouble with the internet, so I may have to take my computer into the shop. So, I may not be on this board for awhile.

Hey Sherry ... hope your surgery went as well as mine! This is first day post-op for me ... never had an ounce of pain, just a teeny bit of tenderness at the naval but not enough to keep me from bending or stooping. Oh, the marvels of modern day medicine !!!!!
