Row Robin 2012/2013 GROUP #2
#41
Ok. I emailed (yesterday, I think). No word back yet, but that's ok.
I want to throw a suggestion out here for you guys to consider. It's a fully no-pressure thing.. just an idea.
If we, as a group, each have our first rows ready prior to the Dec 1 deadline, do we want to start early?
I'm not rushing anyone... like I said, just an idea that came to me.

I have not started mine nor have a concrete idea, let alone order fabric. I have a full size quilt I'm trying to get done for this month. So I would rather not, but will go along with what everyone else would like to do.

I havent started my blocks yet because Of the hats I have to get out by Nov1. Hope to have them done by Oct 18. I dont know how soon I can send them out. But as soon as I finish my row I dont mind sending it early.

Ok there's no rush at all! I just thought I'd throw it out there in case we were all closer to ready. Don't rush, don't worry about it, and take your time.
I'm waiting to hear back from Qbee who is waiting to hear back from the site admins about the thread name.

I hope to get some of mine done this weekend. I have already pulled fabric from my stash for a couple of your themes.
I don't want to take the chance I might use the "perfect" fabric for something else before I get your rows.

How is everyone's week going? I am kicking my own butt right now; we're going through re-accreditation at my university - I work in the education office and so everyone is so unbearably stressed out that it feels like I am also stressed out - except I'm not because I have nothing at all to do with it other than being in the office when it all goes down. I came home to a sick husband and a sick 8 y/o boy and so I spent the evening sewing my boom blocks and avoiding the germs.

Oh, Kelly - I understand the 2nd hand stress thing. When others are stressed it does seem to rub off on those around them. Sorry to hear about the germy son & hubby- those are nasty this time of year.
