I went last Friday. It was very nice. We went in lieu of Paducah. There's no comparison with the two, but for a one-day experience it was a good day spent. There were a lot of vendors and the quilts were exquisite. Not very many bed-sized quilts, mostly wall hangings and the techniques were something to behold. They said this was the last year for it in Cincy, butthe literature I got said they would be back next year, but I believe it is the first weekend of April instead of the second. If you've never been to one of these shows, it is a good one. We went on a bus, and I would recommend this way because he let us off at the door and picked us up there as well. Ifthey have it again next year, by all means go. Take your charge card, too.

I was there on Saturday. I loved it. I am sure there are bigger shows but I can't afford the travel prices. There did seem to be a little bit less this year. There were some really awesome quilts there. I am not even sure I know how one would go about making them. There was a quilt there by one of our board members Geta that is awesome. I would definately go again next year.

I was there Friday also. I really enjoyed it, but also thought it was a bit smaller. I love Paducah, but it's so much more crowded, almost 5 hours away instead of under 2, so I chose the one in Cincinnati. I really hope it does come back next year, and I've looked on the web and they have it listed, just didn't have a date listed yet. I'm close enough to drive up and back in one day, thankfully!

It was really nice...I went with 3 other quilters. We're from outside of Pittsburgh. The people of Cincinnati were gracious and accommodating. It was my first International Show. Big or Small, any quilt event is worthwhile and awesome!!

Yep, Lancaster is just a hop, skip and a jump away! I hope you all didn't wash away today! We had a lot of flooding on the roads here.
Congratulations on your brand new nephew! I agree, that was worth staying home for.

Went to Cincinnati 2 years ago and it was soooooo uncrowded there both on Saturday and Sunday.
I'm VERY HAPPY they're bringing a show back in June 2013 to Rosemont, IL (outside Chicago). Don't know how good/big it will be this year but the Cincinnati show 2 years ago was much smaller than the Rosemont shows ever were.
