We're heading to Bluefield WV the first week of October.
Anyone located near there... and if so... any LQS's that I should look up while we are in the area?
Someone mentioned that there may be some in Fancy Gap, VA.
But I can't remember where I heard that.
Thanks!

There is one in Fancy Gap, VA. I whole-heartedly recommend stopping at it. It is a fabric outlet and the prices are like $2.99 & $3.99/yd. You can see it from the freeway.
If my memory serves me, I *believe* it is exit 8 of that interstate....but please double check on that. Coming north, you get off of the freeway...make a left...go under the freeway and make another left. It is about 1/2 mi. down on that road on your right hand side. There is also a pottery outlet there, too.
We stop there when we come back from GA.

You might also want to check out a great quilt shop in Wytheville, Va. It is called Batiks Excetera and Sew Much More Quilt Shop. Check their website and you can get directions. This shop is well worth the stop! I also live in WV and love this shop.

Try this site it is the WV State Guild Site and it has most quilt shops listed. You also might want to look at the quilt that has WV things on it like the state bird, flower, and so on. The only shop that has it is at Victor WV and the panel is 9.00. She isn't to far from the New River Gorge Bridge.. Maybe 10 min. if that long. http://www.wvquilters.org/Shops.html please look the whole site over it is very interesting.
Sorry I think this is the one with the WVhttp://www.mountainquiltquest.com/designgallery.html Quilt on it..
