I finished the binding last evening. This was quilted with varigated thread by the quilting ladies at our church. We quilt every Tuesday, been doing that for 11 years now, and we still have names on a waiting list. We have between 8 and 12 ladies, ages 60 to about 85.
Now for my pic. Ruth

Ok I love the colors....are those panel pieces for each block? I am interested in your quilting ladies group. Do you meet and hand quilt someone's quilt or do you all bring your inidividual quilts you are working on and quilt on that? We have a small group that meets once a month, and we bring what ever we are working on. The last meeting someone tried to teach us how to do shuttle tatting..........well I do not consider myself a dumb person, but I cannot do this.........I have tried and tried.......anyway.........love your colors......

Sew and Sew
We quilt for others, they bring their completed tops and we mark if needed and even buy batting and backing if they do not have a clue about those things or know what is needed. We have 3 frames set up at all times and 2 to 4 work on each quilt. We are fortunate enough to have our own room for this, no one bothers our "stuff". Thanks for inquiring.
The blocks are not panels. You stack 4 repeats of your fabric and then cut squares, that way you have 4 squares exactly alike and sew a 4 patch with 4 like corners to the center. Similar to Stack and Whack. Ruth
