Baby Quilt made with 10-minute block variation
#1
Several months ago I posted a pic of some 10-blocks that I made using leftover half-square triangles. I played with them some more, sewing down the center block with blanket stitch then outlining the other sections with blanket stitch then put them away.
Then, along comes a new great-niece who needs a baby quilt. The blocks were not exactly the same size and a few did not have a 1/4 seam allowance all around (great accuracy, huh?) so I just raw-edge appliqued them to a solid background then added borders. I had a bunch of these coordinating prints. Came out small 36x36 but cute. I don't know if the colors will show accurately, but the yellow is a very soft shade. Thanks for looking.
