Best yard sale fine EVER
#1
I really got lucky Sat. with my yard saling. This woman had a very large box full of fabric and she said it was from her sister.
I was afraid to ask her how much she wanted after viewing all the fab pcs. So I just stepped up and offered her $20. She jumped at it. Guess she did not realize the value.
It took 2 of us to put in my van and it took 3 super wash loads to wash it all. wall hangings, Halloween, Christmas. Lots of beautiful yds goods.
3 108" quilt back. all king size. Hard to tell it all.

wow - I'm always amazed when people sell stuff like quilts and blocks at garage sales...
I've gotten two or three 'piles' of stuff like that over the years and while I'm ticked to death to get the stuff, it also makes me sad that all that work that somebody did isn't appreciated by their family...
