A nice white border would tie the white in nicely. One quilted it will really blend nicely.

It is great. I think having white and then beige outer setting makes the center seem to float.

It wouldn't be nearly as striking a quilt without the white --- it gives separation and definitely makes the other colors pop. Lovely quilt!
