Dear Jane giving me fits!! C4, Ls1 triangle & remake of B12
I redid B12 in pink and did it with regular applique instead of the reverse app that the green one was done with. Its 10 times worse!! So I will stick with the green and who cares if other greens surround it!
LS1 was fun and time consuming BUT NOT AS TIME CONSUMING AS C4!!!! 11 hours on this one! Mainly because I outsmarted myself and was too stubborn to remake it! My bright idea was to inset the seams on the outside corners instead of using 2 pcs of background fabric. Only took 2 hours to get that right but caused 5 hours of pining, glueing, basting, hand basting and finally appliqueing to get the darn corners to match up enough that the sashing will cover the mess!
The center is freezer paper pieced and I decided to sew all 3 at once to get the stripes to be even widths, etc. THAT did work!
Also did 4 hours on the Black and White kind sized one! Amazing what you can do when the TV farts, burps and dies!!

Congratulations Kare! It just is so fun - really need to have my "fix" each day. What I like is if you screw up one or are not happy with it, you can do a different one the next day. I find the first one look OK after a day or two!
