this is a time honored traditional quilt pattern and there are so many arrangements of the pattern that can be used to create some beautiful quilts. Have you made one??? If so, show it here!!

I posted mine about a month ago. Here is a link... http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-121953-1.htm
I used an Easy Circle Cut Ruler to cut squares (green, blue, gold, brown) into two pieces, one being the pie the other being the crust. Then I cut red squares. I then machine appliqued the crust and pie pieces onto the red squares. I trimmed the red that was not needed then went about putting it together like a regular quilt! 16 squares = a block, 5 blocks wide x 5 blocks long, quilt is 100x100

I made a crazy drunkards path in 2003. It had a scrappy center on the blocks with a double arc on two opposite corners. I turned the blocks randomly as I assembled it, I looked like little roads all over the quilt. The large center portion was paper pieced from random scraps. I finished it as a Christmas gift and it was wrapped and under the tree when the house burned to the ground. It is on my list to do again.

I don't make large quilts but here are a few of the hotpads I have made in the past with the Drunkard's Path blocks.
