Easy Baby Quilt
#1
If you ever need a quickie baby quilt, this one is nice and easy! I'm still practicing my quilting chops, but this wasn't too difficult. And I used fusible batting, which I did not like.

The fusible batting fused like hard glue in some places and didn't adhere in others. It was nice that you could heat it up and reposition, but it just didn't work like I imagined. Plus, the kind I bought was polyester and I prefer cotton batting. I think they make fusible cotton batting though.
I think it would be better for smaller craft projects or quilts. The glue residue did wash out for the most part. Careful ironing might alleviate the problems I had, so give it a try and let me know your tips!
