Shadow, that is beautiful. My sister is waiting on a red/black quilt, just in case that is an extra 8) .
It is so funny how many experienced quilters either don't like or have never tried paper piecing. At my lqs the woman who has advised and taught me almost all of my basic skills has never pp.
I am new, only about eight months or so, and I really enjoy pp. I think of it as idiot-proof, because pp is the only way I have made sharp even points :lol: . Now, I don't care for removing the paper and am looking at that new material, can't remember what it is called, where you leave it in.

No worries Carole, your quilts are showing my block that when it grows up it can be big too. :)
