ceannastahr,
Your quilt block sure lifted my spirits after a long day spent flying home from Seattle. Gonna miss being with my sister, Marcella, but I am glad to be back home and back among our quilting friends. Life is good!
Thank you for the smile maker!
Yvonne
P.S.
I'm just want to tell everyone that Seattle must be the mecca for quilt fabric shops. We only visited a half dozen shops but they say they have over 50 in and around Seattle. WOW! We did have a lot of fun :!:

Yvonne, Did you visit the quilt shop that is at Pikes Street Market? Its one of my favorites. Every time I go to Seattle, I have to stop in there. My son used to live just 4 blocks from there. They also have a ebay store where I order things too.
I miss living there, so much to do.

Oh, yes! Undercover Fabrics got some of our money! Our favorite shop was Aunt Mary's in Smokey Point. Funs shops all of them. The next favorite was Carriage Country Quilt in Des Moines. I think our choice there was because the Des Moines Creek restaurant makes a Devonshire Cream Raspberry pie that is to die for! Yum! I can hardly wait until next year when I get to go back for another viist!
