I received the most amazing box of goodies from my friend Madquilter the other day! It is filled with wonderful fabrics Miniatures Magazines and the most fantastic pillow shams!
I have studied those pillow shams over and over. My mom wanted to steal them as they are her style too!

I love the pillow shams-is it hmong reverse applica? I have a friend here in town that taught us this method. She use to make them in the refugee camps to support her family. They are wonderfully crafted and time consuming, but well worth the effort. Doing this help my applicaing skills tremendously and it makes me very appreciative of the family's like Cha Mee's that help our soldiers in Vietnam.
