I just completed this quilt for my niece, a long-distance trucker. She has a bunk in her truck and likes a quilt on it. She names all her trucks so each truck has a name, plus her name on two. She's a big fan of Texas so I added cowgirls as drivers (I was short one cowgirl so the cowgirl's dog is driving one truck). The gray/yellow borders are supposed to be a road so I stitched cars on it. This is a variation of a Pam Bono pattern. Nearly fainted when I saw all the pieces I had to cut out but they all went together.
The other wall quilt is a baby quilt for my nephew's new baby. They had painted the baby's room green so I thought frogs would be appropriate.

Is there a pattern for the truck quilt? I have a trucker son and he wants a truck quilt. I have looked for truck material and cant't find it. I ask at new quilt shops I go to if they have any big truck material so far no one has seen any.
