My own quilt - first one for myself

I have enough squares left to make a runner for my dresser. Not selling this one.
Is there anyone else that makes this type of quilt - I would like to hear what designs you use.

I have made one so far but have a box of embroidries to make more. My first one was done with teddies from Bunnycups. I'm doing dragons from The Quiltery to make quilts for 2 GS for Chritmas. Each dragon takes about 2 hours or more but so worth it.
I've also embroidered things to make totes for shopping. These were from Emb Lib. My trouble is too many ideas not enough sewing and too much time on this site.

I do towels, pot holders and lap quilts. Want to try and do some on shirts - haven't tried that yet.
Yes they are stiff - that's why I don't quilt other than around the block. It does make the block fluffy then.
