I got my order from Connecting Threads yesterday. This should keep my busy this winter.
I love the colors in this quilt. It's a twin size quilt

I really like the lone stars in this wall hanging.

This will be for my DGD. It's pinks and browns and has prairie points on it.

Those pictures just make my fingers wiggle and my feet walk to my sewing machine.
Connecting Threads has one of the most appealing catalogs and have
tempted me several times. They do seem quite reasonable.
I'll be looking forward to the finished pics! :D

I have been eying their catalogs and website for a bit now and was wondering has anyone used the thread that they have for machine quilting?
I am using a serger thread for piecing this one quilt up just to see if it will be as good as the all purpose C&C that I have been using. It just bugs me to have to change spools out all the time when I am working, that and the fact that they are so darn expensive verses the larger spools of thread.
I have thought about buying my thread from them but was just wondering if it was as good as the C&C machine quilting thread.
