I love these, I too have been making "crumb" blocks, mine are 4" square. I have made a four patch from them...so totally darling. Yesterday I started putting the top together- I decided to do a quilt "on point" which is new to me. They are sashed with black and have red cornerstones. I haven't yet figured out how to do the angle piece for the edges, but will investigate the internet and if I can figure it out here-the archives, to see if somebody has answered that part of my challenge. Have fun with your's.....I don't know how yet to post a photo on this stream, but I do have it posted on FB! for my friends.

I saw a lovely crumb quilt posted here that used 2 inch pieces. So as I work through other quilts and have those small leftovers, I cut them into the 2 inch pieces and have a drawer full of them. Perhaps after the holidays I will take a day to put them together into blocks. I love scrappies. I have made two spider web quilts and a few string quilts with my stash as well. With the price of fabric going up each season, those scraps look more precious all the time.
