spiderweb blocks
#1
Well before I got so rudely interupted by the phone ringing which woke up my son from his nap I was sewing! I got these three blocks done today. Hopefully I will be able to work more on it tonight! I hope my "fake" scrap stash lasts long enough to get all the blocks done.
I was trying to match up the points and it just wasn't happening, I looked at these quilts all over the net and I seen only one or two out of the "hundreds" that I looked at actually matched up. I figured I was fighting a losing battle so I decided to make it kind of wonky and I will not feel bad when it doesn't match up PERFECTLY!

I love what you are doing with your spider webs! This is one of the first things I learned to do 30 years ago. They have always fascinated me! I have never seen them done with the white angle before. Really great!
I do a lot of strip work and the thing I like about it is you can match or not match depending on what you want it to look like.
You are doing a great job with these! What is it going to become?
