It's just made up of the one simple block.
As long as the yellow fabric is the same size and position on every block, the secondary pattern of yellow X's/stars will emerge as in the picture.
The other fabrics look to be of varying widths (makes it easier so you DON'T have to match them up).
Just sew the on, and then trim up the block to size.
You could easily draft it yourself.
