hey bev some times we can,t always and don,t always have the things we need i,ve seen alot nice fabrics that you gotten from the quilt board try finding some fabrics in there good luck some times thats how beauitful quilts are made

Use what you have even if it doesn't match. Anyway it is for your hubby who will be smoking on it. Which means it will need to be washed often. He should be greatful that at least he has a quilt of his own that was made by his wife from donated fabric. What else can you ask for. Be happy with what you have. :D :D :D
