This quilt is made from a pattern by Jean Ann Wright called Texas Treasures. The pattern was featured in Quilter's World magazine April 2009. The prominent fabrics are cowhide and snakeskin print. The backing follows the Texas Treasures theme with a barbed wire design on the fabric.
Even though I'm not fond of square quilts, this one is 88 X 90, almost square.
As usual, the pictures I make do not show the true colors. The pink is actually pepto bizmol pink and the other colors are brighter, as well.
It's amazing what one can get done if she limits her time spent on the computer.
