Tube Fall Table Runner
#1
This morning when I was reading a particular topic about tube quilts, I went to the Missouri Star Quilt web and watched how she made a block using the tube method. I thought I had watched all the videos on this site but somehow I missed it or I would have tried it sooner :)
Anyway, I had some material I got at Joann's (Debbie Mumm) a couple weeks ago or so and wanted to make myself a fall table runner. I have had so many other quilt projects to get done for our upcoming visit to CA to see our kids that I hadn't started my table runner.
I watched the video and went to my sewing room and tried it. It was so much fun and so quick! I made this table runner in a couple hours or so. I need to do the backing and binding but that's pretty quick so I'll have my table runner ready before we leave.
Hope you like it :)

I really like that. I have my fabric for my fall runner but haven't decided on the pattern. Maybe this is it?
Have fun in Ca, I was born and raised in Oakland, Ca. Just got through talking to my Mom in Sacremento.
