:-D :-D :-D Some one on another board had asked about the twisted log cabin templates that I found and I took a picture of some blocks that I made with the twisted log cabin template. I developed a way to use the template without paper pieceing. The other templates is 3 sets of borders. I can't get the lay out that I wanted so I'll have to make the last 8 blocks in a mirror thing so they will go the way I want them to go, but right mow I have little windmils going sort of like the one that I did with the triangles. This is going to be a lap quilt when I get it done. Enjoy the pictures. Oh and I got the book and templates on ebay... Huggies, Fay

I've always been facinated by this pattern. I love your color choices, especially the polka dots. Look like little jewels.

Well I find to get the mirror effect that I wanted, I just have to turn the template over and I'm off to the races. LOL! Sooo I'm up early enjoying a hot cuppa coffee and after that I will get started on the last 8 blocks and then decide on the borders. I would like to put 3 borders on, but we'll see how much fabric is lefts once I get the main part down. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay.

Love the visual effect! Its absolutely gorgeous! Could you post the link to the other pictures? I'll try searching it, too. Beautiful colors!

Aah, yes, I've seen that one before and have the pattern. But your colors and the way you've used the dark centers just makes it so stunning!

    Thanks!
